Daughter Kerri Farmer Grand kids Maison & Kylie Farmer. Services for Jerry Glenn Walston, 79, of Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Saturday, at the First Free Will Baptist Church of Ada, Dean Stone and Bud Ross will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Chickasaw Nation Honor Guard. The family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, at Criswell Funeral Home. Mr. Walston died Tuesday, November 29, 2016 in Ardmore, OK. He was born September 2, 1937 in Fittstown, OK to Kenny “Bud” and Veta Sanders Walston. He graduated from Ada High School and received his Bachelor’s Degree from East Central University. He married RozAn Roper Fraser on December 31, 1983 in Ada, OK. He was employed by Service Chevrolet and Overhead Door Company and owned and operated Tom’s Peanuts and Ada Rent-A-Car. He served in the U.S. Navy for six years from 1956-1962, stationed in San Diego, CA, assigned to Fasron 4. Mr. Walston was a 32nd Degree Mason, member of the Elk’s Lodge and a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, RozAn of the home; one daughter, Kerri Farmer and husband Eric of Ardmore, OK; one son, Garland Fraser and wife Dusty of Plano, TX; two sisters, Venita Holbrook and husband Mickey of Garland, TX and Juanita Bingham of Oklahoma City; one brother, Bill Walston of Atoka; eight grandchildren, Patrick and Griffin Fraser, Kylie and Masion Farmer, Mike, Ryan, Brandon and Chelsea Crandall; two great-grandchildren, Lucca and Cheyenne Crandall. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Donald Walston, Kennie Walston, Kenneth Walston and a daughter, Cynthia Fraser. Bearers will be Patrick Fraser, Griffin Fraser, Masion Farmer, Ryan Crandall, Randy Walston and Keith Vaughn. Honorary bearers will be Jerry Brashears, Gene Thomas, Denny Walston, Ricky Bingham, Fred Bingham and John Walston. The family says those who wish may make donations to the Veterans Center, 1015 S. Commerce St., Ardmore, OK 73401, in memory of Jerry Walston.
