OBITUARY--Pircilla Jane Hyatt, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. David Wallace was born in Knox County, Illinois, May 18, 1853, and died at the home of her daughter, in Kearney, December 9, 1936, at the age of 83 years, 6 months and 21 days. When only a young girl, she with her parents moved to Cass County, Iowa. In the year of 1869 she married William Hyatt. To this union was born, eleven children, eight of whom are still living: Nellie Rogers and William of Valparaiso; Ida League and David of Kearney; Mary Robertson and Mellissa Wertz, in Minnesota; John, in Loup County; and Ruby Vinnedge in California. Her husband and three children preceded her in death. In 1885, she and her family moved to Loup County, Nebraska. In 1907, they moved to Valparaiso where she spent most of her life, until four years ago, when she moved to Kearney.
