QUANAH - L.C. Scarbrough, 90, died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2006. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Quanah Memorial Park with the Rev. Bud Kidwell officiating. Arrangements are by Smith Funeral Home. Mr. Scarbrough was born July 26, 1916, in Paducah to B.F. and Bertha Ann Walkup Scarbrough. He married Eureka Viola Webb on Aug. 16, 1941, in Acme. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Cathy Zuniga of Frisco; a son, Danny Scarbrough of Jacksboro; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to First United Methodist Church or a favorite charity. Amarillo Globe-News, Dec. 15, 2006
