Information from "Kids & Kinfolk of George Wilson" by Novella Wilson, page 104 -105. TYPED AS PRINTED IN THE BOOK "buried Lanham Mill Cemeter near Glen Rose Smvl. Co., Tx." "About the time the Wilson family moved to their new place, Kellie age 13, began to suffer with her kidneys and was in very much pain. It was decided that she had kidney stones. Finally, two doctors from Walnut Springs came to the house to operate on her as a last resort to try to save her life. Some of the older children took the younger children over to the baseball field so they could be away from the house during the operation. This was a field near the Wilson place where neighborhood children gathered to play baseball. The kitchen table which George Wilson had made and put together with wooden pegs was put into the fireplace room to be used for the operation. Some large stones were removed, but she died 24 hours later." Comment: Her mother was Martha Malinda Fortenberry.
