Bio

Simon Jares was born about 1851 in Mahous, Netolice, Bohemia and immigrated to the USA in either 1853 or 1855 with his parents, Mathias and Veronika (Partl) Jares. He married Katerine Simek on Sept. 17, 1878 in Praha. No death certificate has been located, but he is believed to have died between Dec 22, 1889 and May, 1890. It is believed he was buried in Praha Cemetery, but is most likely in an unmarked grave.
