Mrs. Sobotik Passes Away at Frenstat Mrs. Annie Sobotik, 82, passed away at 10am Sunday, at the home of her son, John Sobotik, in the Frenstat community. She had been in ill health for a number of years and for the past four years had made her home with her son and his family. Annie was born in Czechoslovakia on October 20, 1868 and came to the US at the age of five years with her family. She had lived in Frenstat for about sixty years. She was a devout member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Frenstat. Her husband, Frank, preceded her in death in January 1932. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Chas Opersteny, Mrs. Frank Shupak, Mrs. Angelina Noska and Mrs. Betty Marek; four sons, John, Ed, Adolph and Frank Sobotik; and 25 grandchildren.
