Obituary - "Mrs. Vosberg Dies At Home Sunday - Mrs. Eva Vosberg, 83 died at her home, 202 E. Ave. A, at 2:15 p.m., Sunday, after a lengthy illness. Fiuneral service was at the Smith-Yarbro Funeral Chapel at 4:30 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Paul Hively, pastor of the First Methodist Church officiated. Interment was in the Lovington cemetery by the grave of her husband, Frank, who died in November 1932. Nephews of the deceased were casket bearers. Mrs. Vosberg was born in Hood County, Texas, Feb. 7, 1876. She has lived in Lovington 47 years. Mr. Vosberg was associated with the buying and selling of oil property. Survivors include one brother, Dow Wood, Lovington; three sisters, Mrs. C. J. Loyd, Lovington; Mrs. Clyde Garwood, Amarillo, Tex.; and Mrs. Ralph Windsor, Aspermont, Tex.; and many nieces and nephews."
