Minnie Belle Hoover was born on February 3, 1938 in Seagoville, Texas to Cleon Brown, Sr. & Virgie Lilian (Green) Brown and she passed away on May 6, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. Minnie lived in Mesquite, Texas where she called home for many years. Minnie is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sons: Jimmy Hoover & wife, Vickie; Ray Hoover & wife, Anita; Dean Hoover and Jerry Hoover. She leaves behind a legacy of 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Tuesday evening, May 10, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Laurel Oaks Funeral Home in Mesquite, Texas. A Graveside Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning, May 11, 2016 at Mesquite City Cemetery at the Brown Family Section, Toppel Addition.
