Rhodes Arnold Roscoe - Rhodes Arnold, 68, of Roscoe died at 10:07 p.m. Saturday at West Texas Medical Center in Abilene after a lengthy illness. Services were to be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Roscoe Church of Christ. J. B. Hudson of Cisco will officiate. Burial will be in Roscoe Cemetery, directed by McCoy Funeral Home. Born Dec. 29, 1907 in Johnson County, he was a retired farmer. He married Ruth Younse on Dec. 31, 1933 in Roscoe. He moved to Roscoe at an early age. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Bonnie Summers of Abilene and Mrs. N. B. (Ann) Teaff of Sweetwater; two sons, J. C. Chapman of Amarillo and John C. Arnold of Roscoe; a sister, Inez Gilland of El Paso; four brothers, Louis of Roscoe, Floyd of El Paso, Lloyd of Snyder and Ira of Burbank, Calif.; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. A granddaughter, Debbie Teaff, died July 14, 1976. Pallbearers will be J. D. Rowan, Herman Henson, Frank E. Cleckler, D. S. Riggs, E. C. Schneider and Raymond Fullwood.
