Married Dec 21 1910 Ord, Valley, NE ---------------------------------------------- Eschliman Rites Held Tuesday Millie Eschliman was born June 18, 1893, in Otoe County, Nebraska to Caleb and Rozetta Harbour Baldwin, and died November 24, 1983 in Ord, Nebraska at the age of 90. Millie attended rural schools near Cairo and in Greeley County while growing up. She married Irvin Eschliman on December 21, 1910 in Ord. They lived and farmed east of Ord in Greeley county. In March of 1926, they moved to Ord where Mr. Eschliman operated a grain and popcorn business. They retired in 1953. Mr. Eschliman died in August of 1962. Millie continued to live in Ord and moved to the Parkview Village about one and a half years ago. Survivors include one son, Harley, and his wife, Emelia, of Kearney; one sister, Mrs. Leonard LeMasters of Palmer; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; plus several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, five brothers and two sisters. Services were held Tuesday, November 29, 1983 at the Ord Memorial Chapel with Rev. M.S. Anderson officiating. Organist was Audrey Novosad; soloist was Nancy Vogeler. Pallbearers were Dale Taylor, Dennis Eschliman, Frank Baldwin, Dale Baldwin, John Smedra and Herb Dulitz. Honorary pallbearers were Irving Westcott, Alan Anderson, Duane Schernikau, and Emanuel Sedlacek. Burial was in the Ord City Cemetery with Ord Memorial Chapel in charge of arrangements.
