Bio
Robert James Eikenhorst was born on March 30, 1940 to William and Verna (Hromas) Eikenhorst in Beaver Crossing, NE. He graduated from Beaver Crossing High School in 1958. On June 2, 1962, Bob was united in marriae. Bob worked as a farmer his entire life. He also owned the Bullet Hole Bar & Grill. In his free time he enjoyed watching the kid’s sports. He loved spending time with his family. Bob was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Utica Jaycees, and Flying V Saddle Club. He passed away at the age of 75 years, 8 months and 28 days. Bob is survived by his wife, three son’s, two daughter’s, one foster daughter, nine grandson's, seven granddaughter's, four foster grandchildren, nine greatgrand children, one foster grandchild, two brother's, one sister, and many nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, William and Verna Eikenhorst; grandparents, Alois and Anna Hromas, Fred Eikenhorst, John and Carrie Helget; father and mother-in-law, Arnold and Frances Scherer; brother-in-law, Ron Oswald.
