Bio

Roy V. Swinnen, 35, died today at 5:30 a.m. in New Iberia. Swinnen, a native of Alexandria, was employed as a construction foreman by the Southern Builders Co. of Shreveport. Remains will be at Hixson Bros. Funeral Home, with further arrangements incomplete. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Aline Barron Swinnen; two daughters, Pamela and Susan and four sons, James, Gary, Thomas and Victor; all of New Iberia; his father, Lucien J. Swinnen of Alexandria; one sisters, Mrs. Lucille Fountain of Alexandria; and a brother, Louis F. of Alexandria. Published in The Town Talk , Alexandria, LA, 26 Nov 1957, Tue, Page 21
