George C. Wilson Dies; Rites Held Thursday Afternoon George G. Wilson, 63, died, Nov. 28, at his home in Ord after a long illness. Funeral services for Mr. Wilson were held at 2 p.m., Thursday at the Ord Methodist Church with the Rev. C. R. Campbell officiating. Interment was in the Ord City Cemetery. George Gilbert Wilson, son of Gilbert and Anna (Pokorney) Wilson was born July 15, 1904 at Ord. He attended school in Valley County and lived his entire life near Ord where he was engaged in farming. He was united in marriage to Elsie Nelsen, Nov. 21, 1927 at Loup City. Their home was on a farm west of Ord until moving to Ord in 1905. He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Shirley Manchester of Ord, Mrs. Gloria Paprocki of Elyria and Sharlene of Ord; one son Dale of Ord; four grandchildren; one brother Joe of Wakefield; one sister, Mrs. Emma VanCleave of Omaha; one half-sister, Mrs. Vieva Fryzek of Ord; two step-sisters and one step-brother.
