E. D. Frederick BIBLE GROVE, Mo. — Erastus Dorwin (E. D.) Frederick, 82, of Bible Grove, died Wednesday (Oct. 13, 1975) at 7:05 a.m. in his home after a long illness. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Bible Grove Christian Church with the Rev. Bob Schofield officiating, with burial in the church cemetery. Mr. Frederick was born Dec. 14, 1893, at Sullivan, Ill., a son of Henry L. [sic] and Mary Lucy Clark Frederick. He married Elsie Jane Smith on Dec. 25, 1916, in Windsor, Ill. He was also a member of the Bible Grove Christian Church. Surviving are the widow, six sons, Roscoe, Dean, John, Kent and George, all of Bible Grove. and Victor of Gorin, four daughters, Mrs. Everett (Helen) Dickson [sic] of Elgin, Mrs. Delbert (Betty) Wright of Lovington, Ill., Mrs. Wayne (Ruby) Wright of Memphis, Mo., and Mrs. Eugene (Hazel) Unglesbee of Burlington Ia.; a brother, Otto of Sullivan, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Weaver of Fallon, Nev., Mrs. Emma Emmel and Mrs. Flossie Sicascus [sic] both of Sullivan, Ill.; 38 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
