The Whitewight Sun Whitewright, Texas Thursday, 07 May 1970, Page 2 Dockery rites set Services for Earl B. Dockery, 84, a retired farmer, will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the First Methodist Church. He died Tuesday at 6:20 a.m. in a Bonham hospital. Mr. Dockery was born March 31, 1886, in Columbia, Tenn., the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James M. Dockery. He married Frances Keller Dec. 27, 1907 in Blue Ridge. He was a member of the Methodist Church. Rev. Bob Carroll, Trenton, and Rev. H. V. Caraway, Honey Grove minister, will officiate with burial in Burns Cemetery under the direction of Earnheart Funeral Home. Survivors are his wife; one son, Dick Dockery of Trenton; six daughters, Mrs. Floyd Shinpaugh and Mrs. O. M. Kissinger, both of Bonham; Mrs. James Wilson of El Paso, Mrs. Harold Row of Lafeyette, Calif., Mrs. Don Ferguson, of Garland and Mrs. Everette McMurray of Lubbock; two brothers, Sam Dockery of Leonard and Willis Dockery of Trenton; five sisters, Mrs. M. E. Winters of Greenville, Mrs. J. M. Felton of Emory, Mrs. Tom Bursey of Crowell, Mrs. Elmer Horne of Truscott, and Mrs. A. B. McKinnis of Wichita Falls; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
