Bio
Oather L. Alexander of Somerset, Kentucky died at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital at the age of 91. He was a 30 year employee with General Motors. He was a member of East Somerset Baptist Church. He was survived by his daughters, Betty Alexander and Shirley Alexander, both of Somerset, Kentucky; his son, Charles (and Jewell) Alexander of Cincinnati, Ohio; his brothers, John Dexter (and Virginia) Alexander and Reverend Roy Merrill (and Shirley) Alexander, both of Somerset, Kentucky; 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, John E. Alexander and Lula (Phelps) Alexander; his wife, Thelma (Sears) Alexander; his son, Wayne Alexander; and his brothers, Arlie Alexander, Orville Alexander, Harold Alexander, and Bob Alexander. Funeral services were held at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Reverend Darvie Fenison officiating.
