George "Jack" Smith Born October 1, 1931 to George Robert Smith and Ina Marrillia Carson in Salt Lake City, Utah. Married Melba Lily Givens on January 11, 1969 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Died at his home in Fountain Green, Ut on June 22, 2015. He had 7 siblings: Robert L. Smith (deceased) (Bonnie) Provo, UT; T. Leon Smith (Dorothy) Spanish Fork, UT; Norma Jean (Richard) Hurricane, UT; O. Lyle Smith (Deceased)(Bonnie) Barth L. Smith (Carma) Spanish Fork, UT; June E. Johnson (Bruce deceased) Salina,UT; Tora Marie Baldree (Mark) CA. He had 8 children, Beth Lucas Fountain Green, UT; Dixie Taylor (TJ) Springville, UT; Darrell T. Lucas (Sherry) Los Animas, CO; Pat Nuttall (Robert deceased)Washington, UT; Dick W. He was a skilled mechanic a proud professional driver. Everything he did in life he did with pride. His pride and word were as good as gold. His name was his contract and his hand shake was his signature. He was very family oriented and proud of all his family. Graveside services will be held in the Chester, Utah Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. June 28, 2015. ∼ George Jack Smith died at his home in Fountain Green; June 22, 2015. He was born Oct. 1, 1931 to George Robert Smith and Ina Marilla Carson Smith in Salt Lake City Utah. He married Melba Lily Givens, Jan 11, 1969 in Las Vegas, NV. Jack was a proud member in Utah County Search and Rescue as an EMT. He was a skilled mechanic and proud professional driver. Everything he did in life, he did with pride, His pride and word were as good as gold. His name was his contract and his hand shake was his signature. He was very family oriented and proud of all of his family. He served in the USMC and was very proud to be a veteran and member of the American Legion. The couple had eight children, Beth Lucas, Fountain Green; Dixie (TJ) Taylor, Springville; Darrell T. (Sherry) Lucas, Los Animas, CO; Pat Nuttall (Robert deceased), Washington; Dick W. (Jenny) Lucas, Las Vegas, NV; Kathy Smith (deceased); Tena (Greg) Andersen, Riverton; and Debbie (Kevin) House, Puyallup, WA. He is survived by 29 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren. Jack had seven siblings, Robert L. Smith (deceased) (Bonnie) Provo, UT; T. Leon (Dorothy) Smith, Spanish Fork; Norma Jean (Richard), Hurricane; O. Lyle Smith (deceased) (Bonnie); Barth L. (Carma) Smith, Spanish Fork; June E.
