Bio

Wayne was born August 4, 1918 in Johnston, Nebraska to Nicolas W. and Cora M. (Ross) Plummer. On Nov. 12, 1941 he married Evelyn. The next year Pearl Harbor was bombed, and Wayne went to serve in World War II.
