Bio

Evelyn Mae was born April 23, 1918 in Missouri Valley, Iowa to Fred and Ivy L (Scebold) Nelson. On November 12, 1941 she married Wayne Plummer. Less than a year later he left to fight in World War II. He returned Oct. 15, 1945.
