Bio

Richard was the second son and third child of Richard and Sharlottie Dickey. He did many things throughout his live such as serving as a Private in the U.S. Army during World War I. After serving Richard moved back to Oklhoma where he lived out the rest of his days. Richard is the oldest second oldest brother to Maggie Hazel and Nellie Florence (Dickey) Burns.
