Bio

Freda married Barcley Harder. They had a daughter, Patricia (Charles Williams). In 1943 Freda married Frank Costa . They had three children: Frank (Cynthia), Michael, and Cathy. Freda was a member of St. James Lutheran Church in Scottsbluff for 87 years. She was an original member of the church. She was involved in Bible studies and taught Sunday School at various times in her life. She was employed at various businesses in Scottsbluff until her retirement at the age of 77. She always said that the Lord was very good to her.
