Addie was born to William Stanford Johnson and Sarah Davis on May 27, 1863 in Texas. She married Green Jay on Oct 5, 1879 in Delaware, Arkansas. They had 13 children together. She was a great housewife. She was a member of the Stockyard Assembly of God Church & Had been a member of the Assembly of God for 49 years. She passed away of Acute myocardial infarction in St. Athony's Hosptial in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at 11:25 p.m.
