Bio

Joe Jay, 75, of 304 N. Tuttle, died here Sunday. Services pend with Capitol Hill Funeral Home. Jay was born in Arkansas and came to the city in 1925. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God. Surviving are his wife, Elsie and a daughter, Mrs. Ersa England, of the home; four sons, S.A., 3112 SW 37, G.W. of the home, Robert G., Mustang, and Joseph M., Los Angeles, and a sister, Mrs. Lottie Harshfield, Delaware, Ark.
