Greenwood - Allie Belle Florida, 89, of Greenwood went to be with her Lord Friday, February, 21, 2014 in her hometown of Greenwood, Texas. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Greenwood Baptist Church with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Reverend Tracy Epting will be officiating. Family will receive friends from 6 - 8 p.m. Monday at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home. Allie Belle was born August 20, 1924 to William Ramon and Maggie Ann (Eason) Mathis in Leo, Texas. She married John D. Florida on September 9, 1944 in Decatur, Texas. Left behind to cherish her memory is her daughter, Lanette Florida McClure and husband Russell of Greenwood; 2 granddaughters; 2 sisters, Auga Lee East of Decatur and Vonceal Wallace of Weatherford; She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a son, Tex Noel Florida.
