Annie Matocha Tupa passed away Thursday, August 29, 2013 at age 96. She was born June 18, 1917 in Kovar, Texas and was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Joe Tupa, Roger Forte and Lori Forte. Annie is survived by Geneva Forte, Lisa, Sydney and Shelby Forte, Scott Forte, Eric, Vaughn and Zane Forte, Bea Ezba, Ginger and Matt McDaniel, Gary and Cathy Tupa, Amy, Jeff and Parker Noack, Carrie Tupa, Joey and Lea Tupa, Leandra and Manuel, Jr. Molina, Kalynn, Andy, Sila, and Fielding Muldowney, and Evan Tupa. Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at 10:00am at St. Mary's of the Assumption, Praha, Texas, with burial in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Praha Restoration Fund, St. Mary's of the Assumption, Praha, TX 78941
