Carpenter, Eleota E. Mrs. George Carpenter Mrs. George Carpenter, mother of Mrs. A. P Beck, died at the Beck residence, where she had made her home. for some time, Tuesday evening, after a long illness. She was well along in years, had been in ill health for some time, and her death was not unexpected. She was a most estimable, kindhearted lady, one whom to know. was to love, a good, christian woman, having been a member of the Methodist church for many years, ever ready to help those about tier, and her death is sincerely regretted. The remains were interred in the Masonic cemetery Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Roy G. Rader, Methodist pastor, officiating in a touching burial service. Weimar Mercury, March 24, 1916, page 4
