Bio

Ida was the daughter of John J. King and Clara Minerva Pease. She was born in West Plains, Missouri in 1885 and sometime before 1894 the family had moved on to Floyd County, Texas. Ida was the second of 6 children with siblings Frank H., Leota, George Albert, Minnie and Gladys Elizabeth. On June 11, 1905 Ida married Clive Craddock in Texas. They farmed in Floyd County and raised 6 children Belva A., Lawrence, Agnes M., Roscoe "Jack", Robert and Maudine. Between 1920 and 1930 they moved the family to Elk Horn, McDonald County, Missouri and began farming there.
