Bio

FATHER Roy Zabka passed away at 12:35 Monday morning, January 6th 1935, at the age of 26 years, 11 months and 23 days. On February 14th 1927, he was united in marriage to Katherine Frances Padden of Fremont, Nebraska. To this union two children were born, Delores, 8; and Nellie, 2 years, 6 months. Roy was born January 14th, 1909, near Akron in Boone county Nebraska. Here he grew to manhood and has lived with the exception of two years. He was a loving and faithful husband and father and kind to all knew him. He left to mourn his passing his wife, two daughters, his father, Joseph Zabka, his stepmother, three brothers and two sisters, Elmer of Primrose, George of St. Edward, Charley of the home community, Mae of Albion and Alice of Genea. His mother and one brother preceded his in death. He also left other relatives and a host of friends. -------- Publication of this obituary was delayed because of scarlet fever in the home at the time of Roy's death.
