Bio
Son of Jacob & Amelia (Zwiener) Wessel. He received his early education in St. Bernard and Humphrey. He married Betty Borer on February 15, 1954 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Lindsay, Nebraska. He served in the United States Army from 1955-1957 where he was stationed in Germany. Upon his discharge Jim moved to Columbus. He worked at Behlen Manufacturing for 27 years. Jim was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church, Holy Name Society, Knights Of Columbus and the Eagles Club. Jim enjoyed woodworking.
