Herald Coaster, March 8, 1991: Funeral services for Clemence O. Sunderhuse, 66, of Rosenberg, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Davis Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg. Rev. Charles Surovik will officiate the services and burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mr. Sunderhuse was born June 11, 1924 in Wesley. He died March 7 at his residence. Survivors include his wife, Esther Louise Sunderhuse of Rosenberg; daughters, Sandra Luster and husband, Wes, of Atlanta, and Shirley Drabek and husband, Frank, of Sweeney; son, Steve Sunderhuse of Corsicana; sisters, Teckla Heugel of Rosenberg, Willie Mae Nesvadba of Rosenberg, Elvera Polasek of Wallis, Katheline Kovarek of Port Lavaca, and Gladys Miller of Michigan; brothers, Denis Sunderhuse of Richmond and Harold Sunderhuse of Golden, Colo.; grandchildren, Travis Drabek of Sweeney, Christy Drabek of Sweeney, and Angela Luster of Atlanta. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday at the Davis Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg. Services are under the direction of the Davis Funeral Home.
