Bio

K.C. Bennett was a graduate of what is now Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. After living in Wetumka and Shawnee, he moved to Miami in 1947, where he was a soil-conservation agent for the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Survey, retiring in 1971. He was a member of the Miami Rotary Club. K.C. met Oleta May Arnett while in Stillwater and they were married there on May 19, 1935. K.C. and Oleta had one child, Rita Bennett Bollinger (1939-2015).
