Bio

James Cecil "Humpy" Parker was the son of Wade Unum Parker and Nellie Goree Oliver. He grew up in San Jacinto County, Texas, where he served as sheriff. January 1, 1954, he married Mary Louis Hoot. They were the parents of Gary Cecil Parker. He also married Melba Joyce Slack Cronin on February 14, 1982.
