Bio

Eloise Parker Durr was the only daughter of Wade Unum Parker and Nellie Goree Oliver. Most of her childhood was spent in San Jacinto County, Texas. She lived briefly in Vermont and Nebraska. January 4, 1951, she married Melvin M Durr, whom she had met in Nebraska. They had one child, Michael Wade Durr. Her parents and three brothers, Russell "Bud", Cecil "Humpy", and Vernon "Mert" are also buried in Shepherd Cemetery.
