The body will be taken from the funeral home to the family home Thursday afternoon and funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday at St. Michael's church at Tarnov with Fr. Knute Lobinski officiating. Relatives and friends will pray the rosary at 9 p.m. Thursday at the family home. The Daily Telegram , January 19, 1948 KUSH-- Kush Services - Funeral services for Mrs. Joseph Kush, 79, pioneer resident of Tarnov community who died Jan. 13 at her home, were held at 9 a.m. last Friday at St. Michael's Catholic church. Rev. Kanute Labinski, pastor, officiated and burial was in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers were six grandsons, Leo Kush, Edward Sliva, Dennis and Bernard Syslo, and Marvin and Donald Shemek. The daughter of the late Barney Barnas and Mary Lesiak, she was born in Poland in March 1866, and at the age of seven, came to the States with her parents.
