Paprocki. ---------------------------------- From the web site: http://www.usgennet.org/usa/ne/county/platte/vitals/vitals1983.html The Columbus Telegram, December 11, 1983 DIED PAPROCKI--Josephine Paprocki, 90, of 1516 Eighth St., died Saturday at Columbus Community Hospital following a long illness. Services are at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anthony Catholic Church, with Revs. Laurin Buzynski, Joe Miksch and Russ Monzu officiating. Burial is in St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Visitation is after 2 p.m. Monday at McKown Funeral Home. A St. Theresa rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Monday, and will be followed by a parish rosary at 7:30. Mrs. Paprocki was born Sept. 15, 1893, at Tarnov, the daughter of Blase and Mary Barnes Chochon. On Oct. 19, 1909, she married Steve Paprocki at St. Michael's Church in Tarnov and was a homemaker. She lived in Tarnov and Richland until 1957 when she moved to Columbus. She was a member of St. Anthony Church and St. Theresa Sodality. Surviving are two sons, Edwin of Columbus and Lucian of Clarkson; two daughters, Theresa (Mrs. Leo) Kosiba and Clementine (Mrs. Frank A.) Kosiba, both of Columbus; 14 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; five step-great grandchildren; one brother, Alois Chochon of Columbus; two sisters, Kathryn Matya and Anna Chochon, both of Columbus.
