Brothers: Frank and Joe Hanousek emigrated in 1909 to Nebraska. Frank was originally named František. He was born November 6, 1887 according to the register in the tiny village Dobroměřice, house number 24, near the little town Hořepník, District of Pelhrimov. Joseph was born September 21, 1892 at this same location. Father: Adalbert (in czech Vojtěch) Hanousek born was born April 4 1850 in Dobroměřice 23rd and died April 16, 1911 of bronchitis chronic(Chronic Bronchitis) Mother: Mary Vanya (Váňová) born. April 9, 1859. The house number 23 was the original family farm Hanousek. Grandparents of Frank, Joe and Mary: Grandfather: Antonin Hanousek born November 16, 1819. Grandmother: Mary Pick born March 13, 1819. Great-grandfather: Vaclav Hanousek Great-grandmother: Josepha Doubová born 1791 and died September11 , 1851 Aunt: Catherine Hanousek (sister of Adalbert Hanousek) married Matthew Kott. In the family of Joe, Frank and Mary were altogether 17 children. 5 were foster children and 12 of their own. Fourteen of the children died in childhood. Frank, Joe and Mary survived to adulthood. Dobroměřice is located in the beautiful countryside, but poor in the Highlands. People here mostly are in agriculture. In farms and cottages were born many children but many died in infancy.
