Born May 11, 1847 at Mohelno #98, Okres Třebíč, Vysočina, Czechia, and baptized May 12, the daughter of Jan Evangelista Foltýn and his wife Terezíe Přibylová. Married Jan Bratršovský at Mohelno on November 5, 1867. Sister of Frantisek Foltyn (#99293091) . According to the 1900 census she was born May 1847 in Moravia, emigrated to the United States in 1881, had been married for 32 years, and was the mother of 15 children, 8 living. At that time she and her husband farmed in Platte Township, Butler County, Nebr.
