Pazoureck, 59, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Christian Church with burial in El Reno Cemetery, directed by Wilson Funeral Home. Pazoureck died Monday in Parkview Hospital following a brief illness. A native of Yukon, Pazoureck was public defender for Canadian County. The former assistant county attorney, he served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1946 to 1958 and in the Oklahoma Senate from 1958 lo 1964. He was a member of state and county bar associations, El Reno Masonic Lodge, Order of the Eastern Star, Scottish Rite Consistory in Guthrie, Elks Lodge Eagles, El Reno Chamber of Commerce, El Reno Country Club, United Commercial Travelers and First Christian Church. A veteran of World War II, he was a member of American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Disabled American Veterans. He attended the University of Oklahoma Law School and was a member of Acacia fraternity. He was a charter member of Canadian County Historical Society. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Callie Ann Nitzel, Mrs. Jack McDonald and Betty Colleen Pazoureck, all of El Reno; four sisters, Mrs. Frank Bomhoff, Geary, Mrs. Sam Shehan, Yukon, and Mrs. Grace Hubbard and Mrs. Lilibel Lucy, both of Oklahoma City, and a grandson. Memorials may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation cancer fund.
