According to her gravestone inscription she died in 1888 but her husband is listed as a widower on the 1885 census. The 1880 census indicates she was born around 1829. Her marker states she died at the age of 52 years, which place her death around 1881. Her son Frank's marriage record states her maiden name was [Sabal ?].
