She was born July 17, 1905, at Paola, the daughter of John and Lena Wright Fury. She lived in Topeka 33 years. A son, Ralph E. Hudspeth, died June 21, 1978. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Mary Farren, Paola, and Mrs. Helen Uzzel, Kansas City, Mo.; two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be at 9 a.m. Monday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
