Otto B. Devine Dies Wednesday Otto B. Devine, 58, Dallas, Tex., died early Wednesday in Dallas. Devine was born in Stephens, Ark., but was a lifetime resident of Broken Bow and Idabel, moving to Dallas six years ago from Broken Bow. He was a member of the Baptist church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Phillip Douglas, Fayettville, W. Va., and Miss Jinna Devine of Edna, Kan.; one son, Robert Devine of Massachusetts; three sisters, Mrs. Joe Slater, of Wright City; Mrs. J. C. Sparks, Vancouver, Wash.; and Miss Carrie Devine, Oklahoma City; three brothers, Rev. I. E. Devine, Helenda, Okla.; Lecil Devine, Houston, Texas and Harry Devine of Carthage, Ark., and five grandchildren. Arrangements and burial, under direction of Norwood-Welch funeral home, will be announced. McCurtain Gazette January of 1963
