MRS. CARRIE DEVINE Funeral services for Miss Carrie Louise Devine, a Wright City resident for many years before moving to Oklahoma City in 1949, were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 10 in the Baptist church at Wright City with Rev. Charles Duval officiating and Coffey Funeral Home, of Hugo, making burial in Moran Cemetery north of Valliant. Miss Devine died Sunday morning at her home in Oklahoma City after an illness. She was a native of Arkansas, born Oct. 9, 1909, a daughter of Robert B. Devine and Lucretia E. (Womack) Devine. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Joseph Slaton, of Wright City; and three brothers, Rev. I.G. Devine, Oklahoma City; Lecil Devine, Houston, Tex.; and Harry Devine, Cove, Ark.
