The Banner-Press (David City, Nebraska) 02 Mar 1961, Thu Page 2 Mrs. Tillie Fuxa Services Held at Dwight February 23 Funeral services were held at Dwight Assumpton Church Feb. 23 for Mrs. Tillie Fuxa, 72, who died at the Gray Nursing Home Feb. 21 following a brief illness. The Rev. Clarence Reisdorff was in charge of the service and music was by the senior church choir. Burial was in the Dwight Catholic Cemetery. Mrs. Fuxa, daughter of Frank and Mary Foral, was born Jan. 30, 1889, in Czechoslovakia. On June 11, 1911, she was married to Thomas Fuxa. Two children, Mary and Thomas, were born to them. The family lived on a farm near Dwight. Survivors include her son, Thomas Fuxa, Dwight; daughter, Mrs. Ed (Mary) Polacek, Brainard; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Crha, Dwight, and Mrs. Emma Woodard, in California; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, Frank and Vincent Foral, and one sister, Mrs. Antonia Vanicek.
