NORFOLK DAILY NEWS; Norfolk, Nebraska; Wednesday, December 12, 1973 page 12 Graveside Rites Set For Ex-Norfolkan Mrs. Joy Briard, 76, of Foley, Minn., formerly of Norfolk, died Tuesday at her home in Foley. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday afternoon at Foley. Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Norfolk. Born May 8, 1897 in Dakota City, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Bouton. Most of her life was spent in Norfolk until about 10 years ago when she moved to Minnesota to live with a son. Survivors include three sons, Larry Atwood of Foley, Minn., Lloyd Atwood of Sedan, Minn., and Arthur Atwood of Ainsworth; two daughters, Mrs. August (Bessie) Riebel of Buffalo, Minn., and Mrs. Joe (Enza) Chaveria of Monroe, Utah; a brother, Lloyd Bouton of Santa Barbara, Calif.; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
