Bio

James Chapman, 56, died July 19, 2012 at Hospice of Palm Beach County. He was born in Winterset, IA and lived in Sebastian since 1995, coming from Omaha, NE. He was a tour bus driver. Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Gail Chapman of Sebastian; daughter, Amber Bieber of Vero Beach; son, Andrew Chapman of Las Vegas; brothers, Jerry and Larry Chapman, both of TX; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Ruby Chapman; brother, Howard; and sisters, Janice and Linda Kaye. Services: Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. July 25 at the Thomas S.
