Preceded in death by his parents Anton & Emily (Gruntroad) Pavelka; brother Albert Pavelka; sister Agnes Hesman. Survived by his brother Dr. Donald J. (Barbara) Pavelka; four nieces; 8 nephews; sister-in-law Margaret Pavelka.
