Elizabeth Thompson Herrin obit submitted by Wanda S. Terry From The Moulton Ad. Mar. 28, 1873 On the same day, and almost at the very minute, Mrs Elizibeth Herrin, daughter of deceased, died near Bellview, Rusk County, Texas---about 50 years old. Died on the 11 th of Feb. 1873. She was a picns woman, and was greatly esteemed by friends for the many noble virtues she possessed. Her spirit has taken its eternal flight and she now rests in the arms of her Father, beyond the Jordan. Buried in The Hickory Grove Cemetery. Located in North Rusk Co Off Farm Road, 2276 in The Cross Roads Community. Daughter of Ephraim and Sarah Thompson. Wife of James Wesley Herrin. Mother of Charlotte Francis Herrin, William Thomas Herrin, Sarah J. Herrin, Daniel Byrd Herrin, Addie Elizabeth Herrin Walker and James Ephraim Herrin.
