Bio
Daughter of Anton & Matilda (Sedlak) Navratil. She grew up in the Brainard area. On November 17, 1941 she was united in marriage to Vladimir J. Ptacek at Holy Trinity Church in Brainard. The couple lived and farmed west of Bruno until moving to Columbus in 1967. Sophie was a member of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church and the St. Bonaventure Guild. She enjoyed traveling and her family.
