Maude Roberts age 94 of Ansley, NE passed away Sunday, October 20, 2019 at the Rose Lane Nursing Home in Loup City, NE. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Ansley, NE with Dean Millsap officiating. Burial will be in the Ansley Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Ansley Methodist Ch urch or VFW of Broken Bow. Govier Brothers Mortuary are in charge of arrangements. Maude was born October 3, 1925 in Litchfield, NE to Roy and Ethel (Doty) Lucas. She graduated from Litchfield High School. Maude married Archie Roberts August 1, 1943 in San Bernardino, California. Maude is survived by three sons Darrell Roberts of Elkhorn, NE, Gary (Karen) Roberts of Broken Bow, NE and Tommy (Sharon) Roberts of Loup City, NE, 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren. Maude is preceded in death by husband Archie, her parents, her seven brothers, and one daughter-in-law.
