Obit - Frank Joseph Kacal Jr. Frank J. Kacal Jr., 92, of Richmond died Monday, October 19, 1970 after an extended illness. Mr. Kacal was born March 22, 1878 in Austin County and lived in Beasley for 56 years. Services will be held Wednesday at 9:15 AM at the Triska Chapel, followed by Mass at St. Wenceslaus in Beasley at 9:30 AM. Rosary will be recited tonight at the Triska Chapel at 7:30 PM. Friends may call after 2:00 PM. He was preceded in death by his wife Rose Dornak Kacal in 1940, his parents Frank J. and Katerina Svoboda Kacal Sr. Sisters; Mrs. Anna Kacal Schneider, Mrs. Albina Kacal Lutringer, Mrs. Minnie Kacal Jurasek. Survivors included two daughters, Mary Kacal of Richmond and Mrs. A.C. (Vlasta) Hobbs of Houston, son Henry of Richmond, sisters Mrs. Rosie Bittner of El Campo, Mrs. Tonie Jurasek of Taiton; brothers Joe, Adolph, and Will, all of El Campo, and four grandchildren. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, in Nada, Colorado County, Texas.
